Delete Account & Data

If you want to delete your RevCard account and all associated data, follow the steps below.

Delete it yourself (instant)

You can delete your account yourself, from the app or the web dashboard. It completes immediately and cannot be undone.

Mobile app: Settings → Delete account
Web: Dashboard → Settings → Delete account

Your physical cards are not destroyed. They are only detached from your account — you can activate them again at any time with the same serial number and reference code.

Alternative: request by email

From the email address registered to your account, send an email to muhammedgordag@revlith.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.
After we verify your identity via your email address, we process your request within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

Upon your request, the following data is permanently deleted:

Your account and email address
Your profile (name, profile photo, bio)
Your cards and all links you added
Analytics (views/clicks) associated with your cards

Data retained and for how long

We do not retain any personal data unless required by a legal obligation. Only records mandated by applicable law (if any) are kept for the period required by that law, and are deleted at the end of that period.

Without deleting your account

If you do not want to delete your account entirely, you can at any time deactivate a card from the app or the web dashboard, edit your profile, or remove individual links.
